CIPHER Performance Monday evening track session (national-sprinter led). CIPHER also runs an APEX Hybrid / Hyrox 'hybrid racing' program + Thu M.A.S.S. strength. Venue via @ciphrperformance.
Flow Forward Saturday session · rotates between long run, track, and a HYBRID (Hyrox-style: runs + bodyweight strength stations) workout. Venue rotates (recent: Ali Maju Kafe Putrajaya / Arena TAR UMT). Check @flowforward.fit weekly. Wave pace groups 6:00-8:30/km.
