A free, casual Friday night run at Perdana Lake Sunrise Point in Cyberjaya, open to all levels. Groups for 8km at 7:00 and 8:00 per km, and 5km at 9:00, 10:00 or a brisk walk. Refreshments afterwards. Register with the QR on their post. The club says the session may be pushed to the following week if the API reaches 150 or above.
